✅ Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it by contacting our support team.

  • Once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • In case of prepaid orders, if canceled in time, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

🛍️ Eligible for Refund:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged or defective item received

  • Product not as described

To be eligible, please:

  • Raise a return request within 5 days of delivery

  • Provide unboxing video or photo proof of the issue

🚫 Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Minor color variation due to lighting/screens

  • Damage due to customer mishandling

  • Products used or tampered with


🔄 Return & Pickup Process

  • Once your return is approved, we will arrange pickup from your address.

  • The product must be in original packaging and unused condition.

  • Refunds are processed after the product is received and quality-checked at our warehouse.


💳 Refund Timeline

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • COD Orders: You will be contacted for bank details; refund processed within 7–10 days after return approval.
